Precise Punched Slot (PPS) Screen

PPS Screen mainly consists of perforated base pipe, stainless steel filtration jacket with punched slots, and end rings.

API casing or tubing with perforated holes for base pipe . Stainless steel with high quality through precise punch for filtration jacket with punched slots

The filtration jacket with punched slots shall be welded to the perforated base pipe through end ring.

Wire-wrapped screen

The wire-wrapped screen consists of perforated pipe, outer jacket ,end ring and centralizer. Key-stone or house shape wires are simultaneously wrapped and welded to form uniform slots.

The jacket is then placed over perforated pipe and welded to each end. The wire-wrapped screen’s strength, high quality and precise slot control make it an excellent choice for deep, vertical wells as well as directional wells.

Premium Screen

Premium screen is the new generation of sand control screen researched and manufactured by our company; it has the characteristic of simple in construction, easy in operation, high reliability, high intensity and high permeability.
